Redaccident

Remember sniglets?  A sniglet was described as "any word that doesn't appear in the dictionary, but should."

Well, here's a new one that has been struggling for several years now to be born.

Redaccident (re-dac-ci-dent) noun:  an action committed by an attorney whereby he/she attempts to redact information from documents provided in discovery responses and fails to remove all occurrences of the redacted information in the provided document.

Example:
"The silly lawyer had another redaccident and provided the information that was supposed to be confidential."
